About the event

Between  a pandemic, a healthcare system pushed to the brink, economic woes, and  identity politics, you might find yourself thinking that you do not  have time or skills to create a metaphorical table setting in your  organization for underrepresented or marginalized people.

At this two-part workshop facilitated by Us 2 Behavioral Health Care you'll learn why this is the perfect time to consider how inclusive and equitable your nonprofit organization truly is.

As  a leader, you are responsible for creating a culture that is inclusive  of people and fosters belonging. We recognize the challenges of these  goals in a diverse community and are prepared to help you develop  excellent and inclusive workspaces for your nonprofit organization.
