Join us for a dynamic two-part lunch-and-learn series designed to help nonprofit leaders and teams create stronger cultures, communicate more effectively, and drive meaningful, mission-aligned impact. Together, these sessions move from building a foundation of trust and psychological safety to strengthening the conversations that sustain high-performing, ethical organizations.

Part One: Leading with Connection – A Human-Centered Approach to Creating Environments Where People Thrive


This session introduces the LYNC Model of Care Framework, a practical, human-centered approach grounded in the belief that when people feel seen, understood, and connected, outcomes improve. Drawing on years of cross-sector experience working with organizations, schools, and communities, the LYNC team reframes behavior as a signal—often pointing to unmet needs, stress, or gaps within systems.
