AFP IDEA Committee: Call for Founding Members

The Vision: The philanthropic landscape is changing, and AFP must lead the way. We are launching the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Access (IDEA) Committee to ensure our chapter is a "home for all." By prioritizing these values, we strengthen our careers, our organizations, and our community’s collective impact.

Our 2026 Goal: We are seeking 8 founding members to help move our chapter from conversation to meaningful action. As a builder on this committee, you will directly shape our long-term strategy and professional standards.
