Join Christal Cherry, Principal and CEO of The Board Pro, in this interactive workshop and get fired-up about fundraising!

Nonprofit  staff and board members will learn how to increase their organization's  philanthropic support, all while using a diversity, equity, inclusion,  accessibility, and belonging lens.

Session Learning Objectives:

1. Translate fundraising success in uncertain times

2. Understand the power of community-centered storytelling

3. Share the motivations for giving from diverse donors

4. Embrace stewardship and the value of trust-focused relationships with donors

5. Uncover how to center equity in fundraising in antiracist fundraising culture

Event Details:

Date/Time: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  A light breakfast buffet will be available by 8:00 a.m.

Registration Fee: $20 - The registration fee is greatly subsidized thanks to event sponsors.  Fee is nonrefundable.

Learn more about Christal:

Christal M. Cherry is a nationally recognized nonprofit executive and professionally  trained fundraiser. With over 22 years in the nonprofit sector, she has  supported higher education institutions, human services organizations,  and faith-based missions. Now as CEO of The Board Pro, a consulting firm  designed to transform leaders through board service, she customizes  training and support for each client’s unique needs.

She is contributing author  in Collecting Courage, a documenting of racism and survival by 15  accomplished Black fundraisers working across the United States and  Canada. She founded F3: Fabulous Female Fundraisers, and enjoys her  membership in the African American Development Officers Network and  Toastmasters. Read Christal's full bio here.
