A half-day workshop with Chad Barger of Productive Fundraising. These fast-paced sessions will give busy fundraisers tips to get more done by working smarter not harder. We’ll also dive into the latest fundraising research to shed insight on how nonprofit fundraising is changing and what we should do to adapt. Lastly, it’s time to get our boards over the fear of fundraising so we’ll discuss strategies on how to get boards to fundraise.

After attending this session, participants will:

1) Have a better understanding of how to structure their day for maximum productivity.

2) Know how the philanthropic culture is changing in the United States and how their nonprofit can adapt.

3) Leave with the knowledge and exercises to better engage their board in the fundraising process.
